Ackee And Bacon

Ingredients:

400g (140z) can drained ackeee

1 pk vegan bacon

1 medium onion chopped finely

6 tablespoons olive oil

3 tsp black pepper

Method:

1.heat oil in frying pan, add bacon fry bacon until nice and crispy not burnt. Then add a bit more oil if needed, add chopped onions with bacon and sauté for 1minute then add drained ackee to bacon and onions and black pepper. Serve with dumplings and yam and green cooked bananas if you like.
