Spicy baby potatoes


12/3 lbs baby potatoes

¼ cup fresh chives, chopped

1 heaped garlic chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Baking spices:

1 tsp salt and pepper

4 tbsp non-dairy butter unsalted


Wash and scrub baby potatoes, then add cut into halved, then add to saucepan to cook for a few minuets until tender. Remove from heat and drain add to potatoes fresh chives, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley, black pepper, pinch of salt and butter mix well. then prepared baking tray and bake in oven 200°C/400°F mark 6 until browned, depending on how you like them. Drain on paper towel to get rid of butter and served with your favourite dishes.
