Raspberry and blueberry smoothie

60ml ¼ cup frozen raspberries

60ml ¼ cup frozen blueberry

125 ml ½ cup plain soy yogurt or flavoured

125ml ½ cup Apple juice

2 tbsp green organ hemp protein powder

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and transfer to a blender, and blend for a good 5-8 minutes until smooth then pour into your glass and serve.
