Overnight Breakfast Pot:


50 g/2 oz rolled oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 handful goji berries

300 ml/10 fl oz unsweetened almond milk/soy milk

Fresh fruit of choice, such as blueberries, raspberries,nectarines, apricots.


Mix the Oats, Chia seeds, Goji berries and almond and soy milk together and pour into a glass or bowl. Chill overnight.

The next morning. Stir the oat mixture and top with fruits this beautiful breakfast is jam-packed with superfood goodness and is sure to get your day off to a brilliant start.
