Summer berry smoothie

Ingredients

3/4 cup frozen mixed summer berries

1 1/4 cups vanilla flavour soy yogurt

1 tsp clear honey (optional)

1/2 cup fresh orange juice

1 tbsp organic powder

Method

Place the berries, soy yogurt, and honey if using and orange juice and turmeric in a blender and process until thick. Serve immediately, decorated with berries if desired.

      I know really good, especially in the morning if you’re interested in having breakfast it can be filling

        Yeah I always have smoothies for breakfast because I don’t like to eat in the morning. They are definitely very filling and last me till lunch time.
