Sriracha Tofu with Salad

Delicious tofu made with soy sauce and sriracha sauce. Great summer food served with salad, on a hot day no one wants to be in a hot kitchen cooking a meal. This is the easiest way to have a delicious meal during summer holidays when you’re not having a barbecue.


1 block of firm tofu

3-4 tbsp spoonful of sriracha sauce

3-4tbsp soya sauce

1-2 tsp sriracha power season

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

2 tbsp olive oil


Place on chopping board and cut in the block then placed on a clean towel and pressed dry and seasoned to taste with all dried ingredients. Place the saucepan on a medium stove burner with oil, when oil is hot then add tofu, allow to fry until golden brown, then remove from heat and leave one side. Then prepare the sriracha sauce and soya sauce in a medium bowl and add the tofu to the sauce and served with cucumber, carrot and lettuce.
